As founder and director of Hugo Carter I have put my engineering skills towards developing and manufacturing a revolutionary line in noise reduction timber windows; keen to combat the ever-growing problem of noise pollution in the inner cities, under flight paths and near roaring roads.
Creating a solution that can be installed in all properties, no matter their shape, size or listing status, we are now at the cutting edge of acoustic window design technology. We are currently pursuing various means to create windows with even greater noise reduction values in conjunction with the Solent University, Southampton and experts from Institute of Acoustics.
