I didn’t know too much about EAGB when they invited me to be their guest speaker at one of their monthly lunches. What a lively and interesting group of business people and entrepreneurs.
Before the lunch a networking session was held where attendees asked the rest of the group if they had a route to contact people they were attempting to seek out who could be useful contacts for their business. 11 requests were sought, and 33 potential connections were put forward which the 11 can now pursue.
It was a very powerful example of the potential networking. The lunch was excellent too but it would be presumptuous for me to comment on the choice of guest speaker.
