Following a short period in Local Government, Grenville entered the William Booth Memorial Training College in London and was Commissioned / Ordained as a Salvation Army Officer, which position he held for 28 years.
A long-standing member of the Executives’ Association (and Chairman for two terms) his skills in guiding, teaching, counselling, encouraging, coaching, not to mention public speaking to groups of ten to 5,000 in different parts of the world, have been of great value. He masterminded the unique EAGB network experience which is known as the Mikado Experience.
Grenville is in demand as a motivational and inspiration speaker and points to millions of pounds of new business won through his talks to companies, universities and charities, as far apart as Canada, USA, Europe, and many parts of the United Kingdom. Grenville frequently uses magic to get his message home and is always ready to share his experience with those who need help, whether individuals or companies.
A Freeman of the City of London; previously 20 years as a Member of the Institute of Public Relations and the Institute of Management, he has for many years served as an Advisor to a Peer in the House of Lords, where he spends much of his time.
