Gordon Hollerin

Gordon is Head of International at the Scottish law firm Harper Macleod, a leading full service independent law firm with offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness, Elgin and Shetland.  He leads Harper Macleod’s international team co-ordinating the firm’s referrals to and from law firms across the globe (including the rest of the UK). He is an active member of the International Bar Association where he is Senior Vice Chair of Conferences of its Insolvency Section.

Gordon has over 30 years’ restructuring, corporate recovery and insolvency experience. He advises banks and other lending institutions, insolvency practitioners and directors in relation to strategies to resolve issues arising from companies in financial distress.

For a number of years the Legal 500 UK has ranked Gordon in its “Hall of Fame” as one of the elite lawyers in Scotland in Insolvency and Corporate Recovery.  Gordon is also a “Ranked Lawyer” in Chambers UK and is a Law Society of Scotland accredited specialist in Insolvency Law.
