Simon’s very first job at the age of 18 was a computer games tester, and he appeared on television (Games Master) where he was awarded the coveted ‘Golden Joystick’. Simon has been working in the internet industry for over 20 years and started by hand-coding websites in the late 90’s. After successfully setting up his first company intranet and internet websites, he then went to work at Sony Europe where he was responsible for managing and updating the various internal websites as well as configuring, supporting and maintaining the hardware infrastructure. Simon, was then head-hunted to work as the senior technical project manager for a new start-up company based in London Docklands and funded by the Barclay Brothers. He also managed the development of an online news portal for Andrew Neil. After more consultancy and contracting work, he decided to make a go of his own business with his long-term friend and business partner Olly.

Simon is married and has two children, although his eldest is now 18. Hobbies include rugby (a qualified coach and referee for over 10 years), mountain-biking, golf, dog-walking, cinema, motorcycling and plenty of family time.
