Marcus is on a mission to create a worldwide community where people feel less stressed, think more effectively and enjoy personal and professional success. Most importantly, a community where people feel truly fulfilled. He (and his team) achieves this through motivational talks, coaching, mentoring and training programmes.

An example of this is teaching the MTAO Method which enables people to become more positive, proactive, and productive. This helps people realise they have true influence over how they think, feel, and act. The result is living a more fulfilled and balanced life where you are motivated to take positive action, feel great, and smile more often.

Marcus’s fascinating story of personal & business triumphs and tragedies has inspired his formula for success. His challenges began when, despite running an award-winning financial services business, he was diagnosed as suffering from chronic stress and given 18 months to
live.

Luckily, he began learning the techniques of mind management and mindfulness which opened up a path to a more holistic and fulfilling version of success. He now shares his inspirational journey and is writing his first book; The Secret Game Of Life.

Marcus’s key business successes include growing a financial services business from 0 to 700 client in 3 years and expanding across 5 locations in the UK.

Being a global coach and trainer for the deVere Group. He was part of the London 2012 Olympics as the Maritime Operations Director. He has helped coach, mentor, start, grow and scale 100’s of companies with a typical ROI of around 30% and up to 479%!

He is an ambassador for Happy Days Children’s charity and The Clare Foundation. A a former president of Toastmasters International. A member of Amnesty International and a keen advocate of Human Rights. He is an accredited coach with the IOC and a member of the IOD. He is also a regular
on the BBC.

He has won more than 20 national & international public speaking competitions and usually gets the best feedback for most engaging speaker at events.

Having had what he terms “a uniquely abusive and refreshingly challenging childhood” he has been able to reframe these events as things that happened for him rather than to him. Marcus therefore considers himself extremely lucky that despite many challenges along the way, he has been able to live a life full of wonder and joy.

He has three fabulous children and an amazing partner. His main purpose is to inspire others to feel empowered by any challenging events they may have experienced so they too can focus their mindset on what helps them grow.

Marcus leads by example by overcoming an almost pathological fear of public speaking to now being a speaker and teaching speaking skills. Overcoming a fear of singing by learning to sing aged 28. He went on to become a semi professional musician and still performs regularly.

He is a lifelong sailor, qualified as commercial boat captain in 2006 and races yachts most weeks.
